We look forward to your participation in the FOA 11 Conference. Once you receive confirmation that your abstract has been accepted for oral presentation, it is important that you confirm your intent to present the paper by completing the online registration process.

Computers running Windows XP will be available with PowerPoint, and Acrobat Reader software using standard default settings.

Please be sure to bring a backup in PDF format should there be a problem with software or LCD connection.

Computer, CD or flash drives labeled with presenter’s name must be delivered to the session chair approximately 30 minutes prior to your session and tested.

When using your own computer, please disable/turn off the screen saver. Should the computer go into a standby mode (black screen, screensaver, etc.), please make sure you know how to bring it back to active mode. If this involves typing in a password, please make sure you know the password. Do not remove flash drive once installed for presentation.

Please have your computer up and running to avoid requiring booting up before your talk can begin. There will be power outlets available (US grounded plug). Please bring plug adapters if required.
