Online Abstract SubmissionAbstract SubmissionsBy September 15, 2012, researchers with new results in areas relevant to the meeting are encouraged to submit PDF abstracts online for consideration for lecture or poster presentation. Once the PDF of the abstract is submitted online, you will receive an email confirmation that the abstract has been successfully received. Intent to Submit an AbstractIf company approval is required in order to submit an abstract, please submit online as a PDF your “intent” to submit an abstract. Provide a title or topic, authors and a brief description of the kind of material that you would like to present, and indicate when approval is expected. This material will be kept confidential. You will be provided a passcode that will permit you to access the site to update your PDF submission. If you wish to be considered for an oral presentation, you must submit your intent before September 15, 2012. It should be noted that all papers are accepted based on the understanding that one or more of the authors will personally attend the conference as a conferee and present their work. When the abstract is accepted, the presenting author will be instructed to complete the registration process for the meeting to confirm the presentation.
